I started releasing music in 2009 with my first album, What We Are. Since then, I’ve recorded a total of 10 solo albums. My latest is called Listening and can be listened to on all the usual online places like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

In the Flow’s YouTube channel features yoga classes that you can practice for free. All of these classes are also available on the In the Flow app. In the Flow’s mission is to make yoga available to everyone, which is why there are classes available to everyone here for free on YouTube.
